Work Package 1: Project Management & Public Relations

Project management oversees the coordination and administration of the entire AI-healthy ship project. This includes planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities to ensure all milestones are achieved on time. The primary goal is to guarantee smooth execution across all subprojects by providing the necessary infrastructure and fostering continuous communication between project partners. Particular attention is given to managing financial resources and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, such as data protection and certification standards. Additionally, a risk management system is established to identify and address challenges early on.

The project management employs agile methods to enable flexible and efficient planning and control of the AI-healthy ship project. Through iterative processes and regular feedback loops, adjustments and optimizations are made throughout the project duration. These agile approaches encourage dynamic collaboration among project partners and ensure seamless integration and timely completion of all subprojects.
